With our Kent location that supplies the restaurant with fabulous local produce. All ingredients are sourced from local producers of vegetables, fruit, meat, game and poultry. Our regular menu changes ensure that we are using the freshest ingredients of the season which are available locally, providing superior taste and quality. All ingredients are selected and prepared with you in mind, our chef’s prepare dishes that reward anticipation with flavour.
