Spoleto is a peaceful hill town in the Italian Umbria Region with interesting sights, beautiful architecture, and an amazing historic culture. Spoleto maintains a medieval appearance, and Spoletos Roman ruins include a Roman theatre, located near the Piazza della Liberta. The main city event is the music festival of two worlds, mid-June and mid-July, held over a three-week period. This is Italys leading arts festival, a feast of music, theatre, and dance. It features concerts, operas, and ballets, and also brings film screenings, modern art shows, and local craft displays.

The magnificent countryside and the unique artistic heritage combine to provide perfect conditions for relax. Trekking, horse-back riding and nature holidays, along with artistic and cultural events which have by now become a traditional feature of the city, make it an ideal place to live.

The basement is composed of an open space kitchen with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower, sink, WC and bidet). The Kitchen access to a wide sun terrace, ideal for lounging in the sunshine.
