A semi-detached house situated in Villamassargia, a little rural village of about 4,000 inhabitants in the south-western part of Sardinia. Villamassargia, surrounded by a beautiful countryside, is really full of interesting tourist places to visit: apart from the countless wonderful beaches and seaside resorts that you can easily reach by car in less than half an hour (Masua, Plagemesu, etc), there are so many places to visit just outside the village: for example S. Giovannis caves in Domusnovas, the Marganai Forest and the olive trees wood S Ortu Mannu.

Villamassargia is the best connected place of all south-western Sardinia, with very good roads to the towns of historical town of Iglesias (30,000 inhabitants: 13 km far - less than 10 mins), Carbonia (30,000 inhabitants: 17 km less than 15 mins), the capital Cagliari (180,000 inhabitants: 50 km less than 45 mins) and Elmas airport (45 km less than 40 mins). Just outside the village there is the railway station, which connects the village to the same towns.
