Supported by an experienced property maintenance team, and a passion for maintaining extremely high standards in the Lettings industry. Finding a Tenant - Your Property will be advertised on all the major property websites including Rightmove, if you should wish we will put up a TO LET board outside your property to increase the local exposure. We will take all calls from prospective tenants and arrange viewings with the landlord. We can hold the keys in our office and conduct the viewings with prospective tenants. Following each viewing we will give the Landlord feedback from the prospective tenant. Tenancy Setup – Once a tenant is found, we will reference them, check out their financial and employment status, if this is successful we will setup the tenancy contracts, collect the security deposit and register it with the DPS, collect the first months rent and produce and inventory. Management - After a tenant has been successfully referenced and deposit collected, we can take on the day to day management of the property and the tenant, including collecting the rent monthly, conducting quarterly inspections and providing the landlord with a detailed report with photos, changing over the utilities, obtaining quotes and arranging any maintenance and repairs, resigning the tenant at the end of the agreement, or checking the tenant out when they leave.
