Pricing Policy

WonderProperty pricing policy is simple and easy to understand. We aim to give Estate Agents the best value that they will not find on other Portals as detailed below:

  • Pricing Policy Statement: WonderProperty does not charge Estate Agents to advertise their properties on our Portal. The upload of your properties is completely free.

  • Maximum Number of Properties to upload: Estate Agents can upload as many properties as they need to. There are no restrictions on the number of Properties ensuring that Estate Agents get the maximum exposure to their business and properties.

  • Properties Advertised Per Branch Basis: Properties that Estate Agents want to upload need to be on a per Branch Basis. By listing Properties on a per Branch basis ensures that properties are advertised in the correct location and our users can visit or contact the correct Branch that the Estate Agents properties are being advertised from.
