She also advises on major works and by keeping this in-house, reduces the overall costs to the client. Our dedicated Accounts Department will collect service charge payments, issue statements, pay your communal invoices and take overall charge of your finances. As idyllic as this sounds, we are also realists and we recognise that unfortunately there will always be one or two lessees who don’t believe service charge payments or lease covenants apply to them!
