Tenants - It is completely free to search for properties on WonderProperty that you are interested in renting and it is also completely free to register as a Tenant with WonderProperty and receive Alerts and Matches from Tenants who may be interested in renting from you.

A. That's easy.
You enter the details of what you are looking for and the system will search from our extensive database to find you your match.
You then decide if you like the match and contact them.
Alternatively if you haven't found what you are exactly looking for then you can log your details on the system and be contacted by your matches.
Each stage has a help menu available to guide you on your way.
Q. What are the benefits of registering as a Landlord with WonderProperty?
A. By registering with WonderProperty you will receive various benefits that this site has to offer depending on the level of membership you choose.
Details of our different memberships can be found in the memberships area. Some of the benefits are as follows:
WonderProperty Matching - This is unique to WonderProperty and enables you to have real matches to your properties so that you only look at matches that are close to what you want.
WonderProperty E-mail Alerts - you can receive email alerts of tenants who want to rent your property direct to your PC.
WonderProperty Text Alerts - you can receive free Text Alerts direct to your mobile from tenants that are interested in renting your property. You can choose how many Text alerts you want to receive (if any) to reduce any unwanted texts to your mobile. You can also set up your account to send texts to Tenants who match your requirements to reduce the chance of you missing out on a perfect match. Again you can decide how many Texts you want to send.
WonderProperty E-mail Account - this can be used to send an receive emails to and from any matches. For security reasons your WonderProperty mail is incorporated within this site and is separate from you own email.
WonderProperty Activity - this enables you to get information on how many times your property has been viewed, how many Messages and Alerts you have received and how many Mobile Texts have been sent etc
WonderProperty Background- this enables you to run WonderProperty in the background of your PC and be notified when any new matches or existing ones are online even if you are doing other work on your PC.
WonderProperty Favorites - this enables you save any tenants that match your requirements should you wish to access them at a later date.
WonderProperty Photos - This facility enables you to upload onto the WonderProperty site up to 3 photographs of your property. This has proved to attract more interest from Tenants.

Our services are also significantly cheaper than the traditional "advert in a paper once a week" route and you can search down to within one mile of a property location and even find out if there is a microwave!
WonderProperty offers you real time instant matching 24 hours a day 7 days a week. WonderProperty has 3 search levels, whether you want a basic search or want to search as far as what facilities are available you can do it here. No wasting time going through annoying advertisements but it is in fact very interactive and actually fun to use.

Q. How often do new matches appear?
A. New matches appear everyday, but don’t worry if you have registered (even for free) you will be notified of a suitable match so you will not miss out.
A. All matches are kept up to date by the systems that we have adopted.
Q. My details are incorrect, how do I correct them?
A. Just log in, perform any amendments and click update, its as easy at that.
Q. Why can't I see the full address of the property?
A. For security reasons the full address of each property for rent is only available via the Landlord or Agent.
Q. How can I modify the information held about me by WonderProperty?
A. Just log in, perform any amendments and click update, its as easy at that.
Q. Do you keep my details private?
A. Your privacy is extremely important to WonderProperty.
It is our policy only to collect the information that is required to perform your matches, and to use this data only to improve our service to our customers.
The information you provide to WonderProperty will not be distributed to other companies outside of WonderProperty or the Wonder Group without your permission.
Q. How do I cancel my email and/or text message alerts?
A. You can cancel these by either closing or suspending your membership or by selecting the relevant "Turn Off" boxes within your account pages.
Q. I have a question that is not covered here, how do I get an answer?
A. Just contact us and we will try and help you.
Q. What if I find a problem with the site?
A. Please let us know straight away.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction so if there are any problems we will address them urgently.
Q. What if I was disconnected during register?
A. Don’t worry.
Just log on register again. Any details entered the first time should have been saved for you.
Q. What if I forget my username and password?
A. Don’t worry.
Just log on to the home page and click on the "Forgotten Password" button and follow the on screen instructions.
Q. How do I log in to WonderProperty?
A. If you have signed up then just go to the home page and enter your ID and Password.
If you have not registered then on the homepage you can register for a free search.
Q. How long do my details remain active?
A. Your details will remain active for as long as you want or have registered for.
A. Please contact us within 24 hours of your payment transaction.
A refund will be at the management's discretion.
Q. Can I pay with a credit card?
A. Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta. Payments are processed securely by WorldPay.

The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to them. Furthermore, credit card information is not stored on our servers...in fact, we never even see it!
