Then on the first floor are two good sized double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is a spacious, fully fitted kitchen, with open plan dining & living area, utility room and WC in hallway. There is a breakfast bar, good sized dining table and comfy sofa to one end with bi-fold doors opening out to the decked garden and beach beyond. This unique, stylish property is a special place to unwind and enjoy the beach life.
Located on Lancing seafront road, the house has parking for two cars and good transport links with a 15 minute walk to Lancing train station (direct trains to London) and the 700 Coastliner bus that can take you to Worthing and Littlehampton or the city of Brighton and Hove 8 miles the other way. Locally, the ever-popular Perch caf? & Perch Gym is just a couple of minutes walk along the beach to Lancing Green, with its children`s play area and colourful beach hut promenade. The bustling town of Worthing is less than 2 miles to the West, with the excellent Crabshack fish restaurant just 20 minutes walk along the beach. Lancing is a great place for kite surfing and paddle boarding. There is also a South-Coast cycle route and the Wide Water Nature reserve in nearby Shoreham and, of course, the spectacular walks of the South Downs all within easy reach.

CLEANING
In respect of Covid-19, our cleaners are taking a more specific protocol on cleaning upon Check-In/Check-Out of properties, ensuring thorough and stricter cleaning activities are adhered too.

In line with our cleaning standards, we like to ensure our cleaners have more than enough time between guests leaving and arriving for all full cleaning to be completed, please understand that we ask a later afternoon check-in due to this.

The owner of this property leaves anti-bacterial wipes and spray for those that feel they want to use this where necessary for their own reassurance.

We ask that guests follow our recommendations when entering into the property, as we take the safety of our cleaners and guests very seriously.
We ask that upon arrival (and after any return to the house during their stay) guests wash their hands as advised by the government, using soap, anti-bacterial gels or wipes that are provided or that you may travel with. Many thanks.

Shoes are removed within the house to avoid sand damaging the flooring.
