COMPANY / CORPORATE APPLICATIONS:
Where the tenancy is to be by way of a company let a fee of 500 + VAT will apply and will be used to hold the property in lieu of the holding deposit. This fee will be non-refundable should the company fail financial checks or the applicant withdraw from the tenancy after the fee has been paid. 
 
PETS:
