Gaiole is a beautiful village and this area has been described by some as the most idyllic place to live in Europe. There are many restaurants in the village, a pizza takeaway, some bars and cafes. There is a playground, tennis courts and a football pitch. During the summer months there is a full range of activities in the evening time in the centre of the village including wine tasting and musical performances.
