Arapkoy is a village in the Kyrenia District of Cyprus. it is under the de facto control of Northern Cyprus. The village is located 13 km northwest of the hamlet of Halevga (Alevkaya) and 14 km southeast of the port of Kyrenia (via Agios Epiktitos catalkoy), which is an interesting location as it is the point of passage to Buffavento Castle from Kyrenia. At an altitude of 250 m, Klepini enjoys grandiose landscapes on the south-east side, Mount Pentadactylos (706 m) whose shape evokes "five fingers" gives its name to the massif that bars the north of the island. An ancient legend had it that the Klepini would be destroyed if the population exceeded 40 people. Not only has nothing like this ever happened before, but the municipality now consists of huge housing estates for expatriates and holidaymakers.
